Eye2Eye, established in March 2022, is a compassionate and community-driven organization committed to providing essential eye care services to individuals who are homebound and unable to venture outside, regardless of the reasons behind their confinement. We understand that some individuals prefer not to disclose the reasons for their homebound status, and we respect their privacy.

Our mission is to bridge the gap in eye care accessibility by bringing comprehensive eye exams, including dilation, directly to the homes of those in need throughout the entire state of Oregon. Our team of dedicated and qualified doctors is equipped to conduct thorough examinations, ensuring that every aspect of eye health is assessed with the utmost care and professionalism.
